"How long will it take for my order to arrive?"

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2-5 business days. Delivery times can take 1-3 weeks (business days) from the time of purchase until your order ships worldwide, unless stated in the product description. Sometimes we have special sales with priority shipping, for example 3-8 days shipping. Shipping times can be found in the product description on all products and shipping times can sometimes vary depending on the product specifically.

"How does shipping work?"

Biornova works with a global team of specialised staff and a premium quality lab to offer you the best prices and the highest quality products. This means that your order is shipped from anywhere in the world. Our shipping methods for most of our shipments are USPS and FedEx.

Because we ship directly from our partners and many of our products are in high demand, your items may take 1-3 weeks (business days) to arrive. It is possible to receive more than one parcel if you purchase different items.

We endeavour to maintain one of the fastest response times on the web. So far we have regularly achieved our best results and respond to enquiries within 1-3 hours, but we are not always perfect, so please allow up to 24 hours - especially on weekends or holidays.
